Shipping

Under normal circumstances we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt  and delivery in the UK (including BFPO address's) will be via Royal Mail's Packetpost 1st or 2nd class or via Interlink.  Orders over £40 or weighing more than 1.1kg  will be sent using a signed for service. 

Please note the decision to use Interlink Express or Royal Mail is at our discretion but as a guide, heavier and bulkier items are likely to be sent via Interlink Express.

1st class is not a guaranteed next day delivery service, but over 91% of orders are delivered the next working day including Saturday.

2nd class will see your order delivered after the third working day after posting.  

Unless otherwise stated, Packetpost 1st Class is charged at £3.99 and Packetpost 2nd Class at £3.49. ( Crocs are Free and Hunter and Olang Boots £4.99 1st Class and £4.49 2nd Class )

For multiple UK orders the postal charges will be calculated and notified to you at the checkout prior to payment.

All International orders are sent by "Royal Mail International Signed For"  which requires a signature upon delivery ( please visit Royal Mails websites for terms and conditions ). Postage and Packaging is charged at £20.00  per item weighing less than 2kg and generally takes between 5 and 10 days depending upon the efficiency of the postal services in particular countries. All local taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. In the event that your order or any single item within your order weighs more than 2kg, we will obtain a delivery price and notify you accordingly. 

For multiple International orders, we would suggest that you email us your requirements and we will notify the postal charges to you.

We do not ship to address's outside the EU.

We follow Interlinks and Royal Mail's standard procedures for tracking deliveries in the event of items being delivered late or being lost.

 If a delivery has been signed for, then we are unable to provide a refund or replacement goods.
